Breakfast, travel via 4 x 4 vehicle to Bahariya. Transfer to your hotel then have a walk around the old village of the oasis and see the groves of palms and fruit trees. Then take a trip to the Black Mountains, the sand dunes and the salt lake. Visit the ruin on a hill, 'the English House' at sunset and enjoy the panoramic view. In the evening, visit the village and shops. Overnight at Bahariya.

Take off to the White Desert, passing through the Black Desert and the Valley of El Haize with its hot spring. Stop off to see the quartz crystal at Crystal Mountain and the volcanic rocks and petrified wood in the Valley of Agabat. Camp in the mystical silence of the White Desert, watching the myriad of stars. Dinner with Bedouin entertainment.

Travel by road to Bahariya Oasis, where you can visit the museum and see some of the recently discovered 'golden mummies.' Then visit the Temple of Alexander the Great. Return to Cairo.
